LG G2 All Variants Stuck at Starting Apps FIXED 100%.

Ok so heres the procedure I did to my LG G2 F320L, and im sure its also working on any Variants.
First of all I am new here and i just wanted to help you guys out there because this is the worst of all problem came into my life. My phone wasnt used for almost a week cos this stuck at starting apps problem. until i found out how to totally make my phone work again. I dont know what's the problem why i got into that starting apps but i think its because of a dirty flashes I have made. no backups, keep wiping cache or anything i think thats wrong.
Ok lets proceed.

for other variants find your .tot file on google.
If you got a problem with a phone not communicating well. you will just close the flashtool then open it again, remove battery go to download mode again, then start from the beginning.
