Need help in Upgrading to Official Marshmallow Firmware from RussianNBeaR ROM

Good day to all,

How can I apply new MM update for ZF2 ZE551ML if im currently using RussiaNBeaR ROM? Can I flash the firmware file directly or do I need to change/edit something?
