I'm very proud of compiling my own OmniROM. I'm on nexus 4, but this is a detail, as I guess that my question is general.
If I follow the Wiki, I end with a userdebug build, which has some drawbacks (Google Play Services refuses to run etc.).
Can someone point me to a resource explaining how to finish the publication process : generate a user build (lunch mako-user ?) and then how to sign the build with my own keys (I already tried to run a user build with dev keys, but again Google Play Services detect it and refuses to execute) ?
