Zenfone 5 Stucked at Asus Logo...Not Entering in bootloader/droidboot/recovery

Hi Guys!! I am new here...:o
my problem is related to zenfone 5...:confused:
i did so many tries on other xda threads but not finding what i am looking for...so started a new thread:angel::angel::angel:
Phone Details:
Model: ASUS ZENFONE 5 T00J
Stock Firmware: UL-ASUS_(T00F/T00J)-WW-2.22.40.540-user // KITKAT
Upgrade: Yes, Upgraded To Lolipop
For The First Month After Upgrade Everything Is Good....
But Now See Whats My Phone Condition:crying::crying::crying::crying: :
1. Power Off // Unable to Boot To Home Screen
2. When I press And Hold Power Button: Phone gets into cloverview
3. when i am trying to get into bootloader/droidboot ( power + Volume up ) phone stucks at ASUS logo
4. ADB sideload is unable to detect my device but device manager on my pc shows cloverview in intel driver
5. When i am trying to run debrick.bat according to this thread:

the white cloverview turns red and then phone turns off without commands like xfstk.....
and in next "sec_offline_update_img.cmd" cmd stucks at "waiting for device"
6. when trying to enter droidboot phone stucks at asus logo....

Help me guys....i love my phone and xda....
