Hi!
I just got a brand new nvidia Shield TV that came with a controller and a remote, the remote came with a full battery but the controller was completely dead.
I plugged in the controller and it lit up and connected to my Shield TV but the home/back buttons weren't working at all. I left it alone for a while and when I came back, all the lights were off except for the amber charging light and the controller is completely unresponsive...
I tried holding the nvidia button for like 2 minutes but nothing happend :/
Any ideas?
