Question about cooling

So today I made a phone cooler diy with an aluminum covered cooler pack and it succesfully cooled my phone battery, I don't focus to cpu temperature but I found that my battery temperature is 24.1 C, also I can feel that the phone is cold

so I would like to ask a question before I used peltier

does cooling ny phone using cooling pack will damage the device or the device battery?
