Phone is not booting up after hard reset ..

Guys i have moto e 1 gen . it was not reading my sim card so i tried factory reset but when it booted up and i confirm the language then there is this privacy from moto so i tap on activate and continue but it says "unfortunately google account manager has stopped " then i tried hard reset and now my devices is not booting up . it just shows the boot logo and then this dark screen ....
Please guys help me if there is any solution
