Htc one M8 - various issues (wifi, sillent upper speaker, random reboots...)

Hi guys,

so week ago i bought this phone from ebay for a relatively small price. The phone was advertised as new but as i recieved it, it was updated to marshmallow out of the box, and i knew it wasn't new as described, but couldn't immediately find any faults. After playing some music, I realised that upper speaker is very silent, which isn't a big deal but it was a bit dissapointing. A few days ago, my phone just randomly reboted with error message "Unable to load drivers" and the it rebooted again just after that. Everything was fine up until yesterday, when i plugged my phone into the charger (it was at very low percentage 1-2% i think), and i heard i vibrating noise. It randomly rebooted again which was odd, since the battery status was around 9%. I plugged it back and it rebooted again for about 3 times. Today the battery drain from 100 to 90% was way higher than usual and wifi stopped working out of the blue.

Now i'm guessing that i did recieve a faulty unit, and that seller is a fraud, but this really seems like software issue since the wifi is now up and running in safe mode no problem.

So, should i return the phone or try flashing some custom ROM to see the difference? Thanks!

Also i'm running pure stock, no root or s-off.
