OK CM13 theme engine, boot animation installed, applied but when rebooted nothing

when i installed CM13 a couple days ago (because i recently broke it) i did the same procedure install cm13 and gapps everything was alright and then when i wanted to put a custom boot animation its still the stock CM Boot Animation??? well this is kinda useless considering its just an animation but... I WANT MY BOOTNIMATION!!!!!
