Desire 510 RUU "htc_fasboot.exe" stopped working

Okay, I'll keep it short. After many hours of going back and forth, I've got the RUU needed to return my UK Desire 510 back to stock. Unfortunately, I get an error which states:

"htc_fastboot.exe has stopped working"

I have no idea why it's just deciding to die on me like that, and the RUU logs have been..less than helpful.

Just in case I've missed something, I've got all the vars from the bootloader under the button.
