HTC Desire 820 U update problem Help Plz

Hi amigos,

i have rooted my phone and installed recovery using this thread

everything is ok

but when i tried to update my phone to lollipop using this thread

my phone not updating while i tried too many times to update (Downloaded update thru my phone - checked and download from setting>about phone>software update (376mb file downloaded)

after relocking bootloader my phone goes to fastboot when i switched it off.
