Oppo joy r1001 stuck on logo and wipe data & Cache fail.. can't connect to PC for fla

Hi everyone,
My Oppo Joy R1001 is stucked on logo every time power on. So, I've tried to hard reset, operation failed message appear! Then I've also downloaded STOCK ROM and install it from sd card, but still failed. Please help me to solve. :confused: :confused: :( :(
