LG Optimus G E971, file transfer to PC with broken digitizer

just curious as to if there is a way to transfer photos/files from device storage (NOT SD) to PC, if I can recall you needed to select option ON the screen of Charge/Charge&Sync/Sync only

just wondering if maybe someone has a back door USB debug / 3rd party transfer program
