please help me...i dont know what to do with my firefly s30, it hangs on the logo, and when i tried to hard reset it, i only ended up in the laying down phone with exclamation point inside a triangle, i pressed vol Up or Down nothing appears!! please help...please help.. you can call me here if your in the phil. 09758794892, or feel free to take a response here thank you very much!!!
