NOTE: Use the latest version of TWRP (3.0) and Backup your current ROM.

Installation :

Download ADPT-Os-V2 & Gapps
Keep in sdcard / Internal
Turn off Mobile
Login Recovery ( TWRP / CWM )
Wipe and select Advanced Wipe
Tick Data / System / Cache / Dalvik Cache
Back
Find and install ADPT-Os-V2
Wait until the process is completed
Install GAPPS
Reboot !!!
