Galaxy S5 how to add Toggle to Quick Settings in Marshmallow 6.0.1

by using SQLite Editor

In "Settings Storage" - "Settings.db" is not displayed

In stock s5 6.0.1 TouchWizHome and
and in stock S5 6.0.1 " S7 TouchWizHome_2016 " launchers SQLite Editor is nt displaying Setting.db

Any other posiible way to edit quick toggles??
