can anyone please provide me with stock rom for hisense hs-u988.

my phone is stuck on the fastboot screen when i boot it up it just redirects itself to the fastboot screen and its stuck there.the only thing i can do is boot into the inbuilt phone recovery mode and i have tried to factory reset it but the problem persists
