Repeated pop up message "network does not provide date and time information" Note 5

Hi. I recently switched from a T-Mobile Galaxy S6 Edge Plus to a T-Mobile Galaxy Note 5. Both phones running stock marshmallow. With the new phone I keep getting the message "network does not provide date and time information" periodically throughout the day. I travel often and experience this on multiple different networks, all of which I used with my previous phone and never had a problem. I know I can turn off the automatic updating or install clock sync, but I don't want to do that. I want to actually fix the problem. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks
