Recovering M9 to full stock problems

Heya everyone,

well I've run into troubles when trying to recover my M9 into full stock.
first of all here some background info

I rooted it and installed SU (Only thing i wanted)
>unlocked bootloader
>twrp
>S-ON
before i tried to get OTA updates again i did:
>1.32.401.8 recovery flashed on to replace TWRP
No custom roms were installed.
>Its a german T-Mobile phone (not sure if branded or not but i get the T-Mobile logo when booting)

Now when I am trying to install OTA (2.10.111.180 which is android 6.0) updates the download mode spits out this error:

E:unknown command [set_err_msg]
Package expects build fingerprint of htc/himauhl_tmo_de/htc_tmo_de/htc_himauhl1:5/LMY470/576832.180:user/release-keys
this device has htc/himauhl_htc_europe/htc_himauhl_1:5.0.2/LX22G/506785.8:u
E:Error in @/cache/recovery/block.map
(Status 7)

now i do see that i have something with europe isntead of DE (germany) installed, but i do not know what. Could you guys help me out there?
And what does the last error with cache/recovery/block.map mean?

Thanks in advance.
