I sent one of my friends my old note 4 because he broke his phone and it's rooted and hasn't been touched since December 14. He is phone dumb and needs to back to 100% stock. I've since gone to an iPhone and forgot the process. Is there a link with steps I could send to him with the right downloads to make it easy for him?
