hi i recently bought an alcatel one touch elevate 5017B from virgin mobile i desperately need to get the phone operational in global mode i live outside the us and only gsm is used in my country the phone has a sim slot but it seems locked only enabling lte. is it possible to get some instructions or a guide to solving my problems. thanks for your understanding
