Guys, please advice on this one.
I was pretending to factory reset my S5 mini DUOS a while ago to claim 50GB dropbox space (Link "How to claim 50GB dropbox for S4" @ android central ) but just this morning I got the OTA request to update to Lollipop.
1. Is the above link to factory reset -> claim dropbox space legit? Has anybody succesfully claimed the extra space after reset?

- Which is the best full backup methods? I mean full - apps, settings, internet cache, allll
- After reset, I will again get the OTA update? or is it safe better to upgrade first to lollipop and THEN factory reset?
