Note 5 unlocking issue

Someone just unlocked my sprint note 5 and it works great but i had to change my network mode to 3g because lte isnt working for me. Whenever i change the mode to lte or automatic, i get the exclamation mark and when i change it to 3g the internet starts working. Can someone please help me get lte
