i wrongly did not allow the messaging app to send text as i pressed not allow and do not ask again when told it would use money
went in app section but wasnt allowed to change the permission like in previous versions of touchwiz
other messaging apps when the prompted message to allow money to be used work fine
clearing cache and data as well as forcestopping did not work
please help
