There's a new application from XDA Junior Member anilejder called Hue Tile that lets you control your Philips Hue lights directly from your quick settings tile. The setup is simple as it just requires you to connect to your Hue Bridge and then follow a tutorial that lets you select your lights and turn on a specific scene.
