OPX H2os(chineese) to Oxygen os(nternational) help

My opx is the Chinese version- E1001.
had H2os V1.20 version . with playstore and other google services(stock recovery , i suppose!).

then i flashed H2os v1.3 and most of the google services( drive , map still works) stopped working.

now i want to change my os to Oxygen os. (installing G apps is quiet difficult for me)
can i directly flash it?
I found the steps below on internet.....

1.Download the OxygenOS zip file from this XDA thread.
2.Connect your OnePlus X to your PC.
3.Do not unzip the ROM, and move it over to the OnePlus X's internal storage.
4.Turn off the OnePlus X.
5.Press Volume Down and the Power button together to get the OnePlus X in to recovery mode.
6.Choose "English" > "Wipe data and cache" > "Install from local" > navigate to the Oxygen OS ROM.
7.Choose "OK" and wait for the update process to end.
Once installed your OnePlus X should reboot and now be running a fresh installation of Oxygen OS
