Need a app to view device status (battery, Internet) via remote

Hey there,

Does any one of you know a app, where I can view system information of another android device?

Like battery status, Internet connection (LTE, 3g etc)?

I'm would install the app on both devices and then it sends the infos from device 1 to device 2.
