Help LG G2 D802 sometimes dont have radio (modem maybe)

Hello guys i have 2 lg g2 d802 in home mine works great with radio and roms but the other one i dont know why the radio (maybe modem) is so low at my home i even try do switch roms to see it works but time to time it says only emergency calls... dont know what to do it is really wierd never happen to me
